Great service, thank you very much. I worked around the corner so it was a very convenient location. I would stay again and I hope the excellent service remains :)

Despite the fact that this is an American-branded 5* hotel, it's very difficult to get in touch with them from outside China. There is a 'concierge' and tour group helper called Echo Zhang on their site and here on booking.com.....Echo has not worked there for over a year and is not responding to calls or messages. If you call the hotel, you will prob be sent to a phone tree (no immediate pick up).
